Hi, I'm James from Liverpool, how is everyone?

I have just brought myself a Skywatcher Explorer 130P Telescope, which should be arriving tomorrow, i chose this one due to thinking, and hoping in its price range it seemed pretty good, and seemed to get a lot of good reviews, i was split between this model and the 130M model which has is motor driven, the P model has parabolic mirrors which i am led to believe is better for me as i could always buy a motor driven mount another time if needed.

I look forward to talking in this forum, i am fairly new to astronomy though so if anyone has any advice or anything to say it would be more than welcome.
thanks

James

Hi James, the skywatcher is a very good entry telescope and I hope you have many hours enjoying the wonders of the universe through it, why not bring it up to pex hill one Wednesday evening and we can help you get the best from your new purchase.
cheers
