LIVERPOOL ASTRONOMICAL SOCIETY

Liverpool Astronomical Society is arguably the oldest Amateur Astronomical Society in the World.Founded in 1881, the Society
has for over one hundred years promoted the great science of astronomy throughout Merseyside and the surrounding areas of
North West of England, U.K.
However the Society has now entered the new information age by having its very own World Wide Web site.
Anyone with excess to a computer,modem and the right connections to the internet can view the information currently online.
