Hi all,

Apologies for this message before I start (as I know you've probably heard this already), and hope your sympathetic to my frustrations also!!!!

I've recently joined yourselves (great website by the way) and have read the messages about the Skywatcher 127 Autotrak telescope, and the same thing is happening to me (arghh)! In my first attempt I also must be doing something wrong.

When looking at the moon (again through the 25mm eyepiece), all I can see is a white blur?? I to have checked through all the instructions, had it outside for a while so the scope is used to the temperature and I used the focus nob in an attempt to resolve my problem.

I can't find any thing obvious....Please help, does anyone know what i'm doing wrong  Roll Eyes

Regards
Jason.

Hi Jason, as I remember the problem with the last Supertrack was just focus, you may have to turn the focus knob quite a lot, if you still have problems if you are able bring it up to our Observatory at Pex hill one Wednesday evening we would be only to pleased to help.
regards
Brendan
